Exercising or working out: words that haunt people day and night, but are you still ready to start with it yet?

There are 100 written ways to encourage and urge people to exercise in the morning, but what’s the point of reading it if you never take an action? A category of people who find it tremendously difficult to pull themselves out of their beds and compose the mental strength and motivation to start off the day with some crunches and push-ups.

  • Take the stairs you may be tempted to take an escalator or elevator, but by using stairs you are stretching your legs a bit which is a part of a workout.

  • Say no to unhealthy meal every day, switch to healthy options instead.
  • Take small breaks while you are at your work place, walk towards a vending machine and get yourself a cup of green tea.

  • Choose healthy snacking I have a habit of munching on something especially during evening, it’s better to choose nuts, apple rather than having chips
  • Exercising a bit do burpees in the morning, or you could do planks while you are waiting fr your water to boil

At the end of the day, it all comes down to moving and eating better. You may have seen many of these recommendations countless times, but it is important to get off your lazy bottom and do something, and this path would actually lead you towards excelling into it because with time you would start feeling motivated and high on energy.
