I want to share my personal experience here, before starting up with my journey towards healthy lifestyle I used to drink only 6-8 glasses of water daily. I did not pay much heed to it that it is somewhere spoiling my whole metabolism. But soon I realized that I need to look out for tricks that would help me gulp 101 ounces of it. So what you need to do is always keep a tumbler or a bottle filled with water with you whether you are travelling or working on a laptop. The other best thing you could do is download a “water reminder app” on your smartphone (I use an app named “water reminder” itself available on both app store and play store) this way you could keep a track on your daily consumption.
Besides discussing all the benefits of drinking water, I’ll share with you how it accelerates weight loss which is the focal point of our discussion.

If you have been trying to lose weight, make water your BFF. Water content stored in our bodies gives a feeling of being full. So the next time you want to reach out for a plate of burger and fries just fill yourself up with lots of water and notice how it was merely an unnecessary craving. It really work wonders for our bodies, other than keeping us full it provides all the necessary minerals and nutrients to our bodies. Consumption of this magic potion ensures a perfect metabolism for our bodies. It is also the best alternative to all the energy drinks and soft drinks.
Drinking plenty of water hydrates skin cells and plumps them up, making your face look younger and your skin glowing. Water helps to replenish skin tissues, moisturizes your skin, and makes it supple. It also flushes out impurities and improves circulation and blood flow.
Say goodbye to headaches:
Several headaches are a result of dehydration. Moreover, most headaches latch on to you due to your tension levels—the outcome of which is a dehydrated body. Hence, it’s best to keep yourself hydrated if you truly want to get rid of those nasty recurrent headaches. It also helps in reducing stress levels and maintains a balance between your mood and emotions.

It would absorb all the essential nutrients for normal cell functioning and urinate the rest. Other thing you could do is squeeze half a lemon into a glass of warm water for better results.
